Rathna Y S is a founder at Fin System, where she leads the firm’s Investment Operations group.
Mrs. Rathna is responsible for firm-wide investment operations and client transaction
processing. She also manages the operational aspects of day-to-day activities and investor
relations.

Mrs. Rathna has believed in the “Follow your passion — and if you don’t know what it is,
realize that one reason for your existence on earth is to find it.” She always wants to build the
business, and that empowers women entrepreneurs. As a result, she had a keen interest in the
financial industry, which made her to build the Fin System today.

Shilpa S H is a Managing Partner with Fin System and part of the firm's portfolio management practice. She is responsible for developing investment strategies and constructing and managing client investment portfolios.

Prior to joining Fin System, Shilpa worked in the financial industry and brokerage firm. There, she focused on Equity, Mutual Fund, Portfolio Management and Investment Analysis. Shilpa has completed her post-graduation in Business Management from Visvesvaraya Technological
University.
